It integrates body-centered techniques with traditional therapeutic practices to address emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of well-being. This holistic approach helps you access and release stored trauma, uncover hidden patterns, and foster a deeper connection to your true self. What to Expect in a Session: Personalized Approach: Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are seeking to heal from past trauma, manage stress, or improve your overall well-being, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Body Awareness: Learn to tune into your body's signals and sensations. By developing greater body awareness, you can access deeper levels of healing and self-understanding. Breathwork and Movement: Utilize breathwork and gentle movement practices to release tension, enhance relaxation, and promote emotional healing. Parts Work: We will dive into the many parts that make up who you are. I invite in modalities from IFS and Inner Child Work to help us understand more of your inner landscape. Emotional Processing: Safely explore and process difficult emotions and experiences. My trauma-informed approach ensures a supportive environment for emotional exploration and release. Mindfulness and Presence: Cultivate mindfulness and presence through various techniques, helping you stay grounded and centered in your daily life. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, you will be charged the full amount for the session.
